Price depends on the scope

A useful mould-remediation price needs more than the visible size of a patch. Access, affected materials, the work area, protection, removal, cleaning, disposal and related repairs can all change the scope.

We review the information you provide and clarify whether a site review or additional assessment is needed before a price can be confirmed.

What changes the work?

  • How much material is affected and where it is located.
  • Whether walls, ceilings, insulation or finishes need removal.
  • Access, occupancy and working-hour restrictions.
  • The known moisture concern and related repair responsibilities.
  • Any consultant, testing or verification requirements.
  • Whether replacement finishes are included.

Make quotes easier to compare

Compare the removal areas, protection, cleaning, disposal, repairs, documentation and exclusions in each proposal. A low initial figure is not useful if it describes a different scope.

Send photos and available reports

Include the property location, affected rooms, approximate size, photos and your timeline. See residential mould remediation or commercial mould remediation for the relevant service pathway.

Tell us what the project needs

Send the property location, a short description, photos and any available report. We will review the scope and discuss the next step.
